Attorney Barbara Hughes, Vice President of The Arc-Dane County, will present “ABLE Accounts and Special Needs Trusts: What Can ABLE Accomplish?” as a webinar for The Arc-Dane County on March 28, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. This is a live on-line webinar and is open to the public. The presentation will discuss what a 529A ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience Act) Account is, who is eligible, how Wisconsin residents can open an account, and how ABLE accounts interact with special needs trusts.
